Este es influenciado<br>por un cierto n\u00famero de factores, como el tipo de suelo, vegetaci\u00f3n y geograf\u00eda, y puede ser<br>acelerado por varias actividades que ocurren dependiendo del uso de suelo. Procesos de erosi\u00f3n sin<br>control pueden causar da\u00f1os mayores a estructuras existentes y al medio ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los geosint\u00e9ticos pueden ser usados en el control de erosi\u00f3n en obras como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Protecci\u00f3n de taludes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revestimiento de canales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zanjas de drenaje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00edas fluviales<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protecci\u00f3n de costas, m\u00e1rgenes y riberas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recuperaci\u00f3n de \u00e1reas (canteras, rellenos sanitarios, entre otros.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rompeolas o espigones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salidas de alcantarillas, vertederos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troncoconos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Terraplenes<br><br>Dependiendo del proyecto y las caracter\u00edsticas del lugar, una obra de control de erosi\u00f3n puede<br>envolver el uso de uno o m\u00e1s productos geosint\u00e9ticos como geotextiles, geoceldas, mantas de bloques, georedes, geomallas, enrocados, etc. <br>Seg\u00fan los requerimientos de cada proyecto las soluciones pueden abarcar revestimientos de distintos tipos, vegetado, piedra, hormig\u00f3n y enrocados,
